The location was really great! I could walk to almost every scenic spot in no time, and the staff? They were friendly at the reception and cafe, which made things easy.

I was disappointed with the plumbing issue in my bathroom, which created loud gurgling noises every time the hand basin or shower was used by me or other occupants. The check-in process felt clunky due to multiple charges and holds on my card, which were annoying and time-consuming. The absence of in-room dining options was frustrating, especially after a long day of exploring Sydney.
